Neighborhood of Overbrook
Overbrook is a quiet residential neighborhood on the southern edge of the City of Pittsburgh, bordered by the South Hills suburbs. Overbrook developed along Saw Mill Run Boulevard.
Overbrook is conveniently located along the Route 51 corridor, South Busway, and light rail line, providing easy access to Downtown as well as many shopping areas such as Station Square, Century III Mall, South Hills Village Mall, and the Brownsville Road business districts.
Affordable family homes dot tree-lined streets in Overbrook, and provide a variety of architectural styles to meet anyone’s taste. For young families, both Phillips and Brookline Parks are nearby, as well as the Overbrook Center, baseball fields, good schools, and lots of greenspace. Much like Carrick, Overbrook remains an affordable place to raise a family.
